Mr. Nightingale has extensive senior operational oil and gas experience, including positions including Vice President, Operations of Frontera Energy managing 60,000 boe/d of production in Colombia, Chief Operating Officer and in-country President of Gran Tierra in Colombia managing 30,000 boe/d of production, Senior Vice-President of Artumas Group operating in Mozambique and Tanzania, General Manager of Dana Gas operating in Egypt, Iraq, and Kurdistan, President and General Manager of EnCana Corporation Doha based in Oman and General Manager/President/Manager of Development for Nexen operating and resident in Nigeria. While trained as a geologist his experience has led to reservoir maximization, operations efficiency, development projects, operations management, team development, and managing annual budgets of several hundred million dollars.

CFO

Mr. Arthur Madden, CPA, CMA, ICD, D, has 40+ years of experience as a Board of Director, advisor and Chief Financial Officer with abilities in strategic planning, capital markets, environmental and social governance, capital procurement, value creation, and corporate governance for public and private companies, including start-ups and initial public offerings

Director of Painted Pony Energy (PONY.TSX) from startup to a rapidly growing producer in Canada’s Montney hydrocarbon play.

Experienced in growing complex organizations from $1 MM to > $400 MM in value, including start-ups through initial public offerings and final strategic sales

International capital markets experience – private and public (Canada, Argentina, Russia, USA, Middle East).

Chen

Mr. Chen is a versatile corporate lawyer with exceptional business acumen and diverse experiences as a partner in regional and national law firms as well as co-founder of diverse businesses. He has been a trusted advisor for over 25 years to emerging and growth oriented companies on corporate finance, securities and mergers & acquisition matters.  Mr. Chen is currently a partner at McLeod Law LLP, a western Canada based full service law firm and Head of its Capital Markets, Securities and M&A Group.

Pierre-Gilles

Ms. Pierre-Gilles is a Calgary based entrepreneur and businesswoman with more than 22 years of experience across the conventional oil and gas and renewable energy sectors, and significant knowledge of capital markets and M&A activity. Along with her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors program, Ms. Pierre-Gilles possesses extensive experience serving on corporate boards and as Chair of various  committees.

Ms. Pierre-Gilles is the President and CEO of Luxeum Renewables Group and Pierre-Gilles & Associates Professional Corporation (CPA); past Chair and Managing Director of the Piikani Investment Corporation, a Treaty 7 First Nation based in Southern Alberta; Board Member of Bow Valley College, where she is the Chair of the Community Relations Committee for the College; Board of Trustees Member of Queen’s University’s Board of Governors; Associate Mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab (“CDL”) Rockies; and Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta Business Program Mentor.

She holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CMA) designation, an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada and received her MBA from Queen’s University.
